Khalil Tech Madrid is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, develop forecasts, and provide insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, excellent financial knowledge, and a passion for improving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and business performance metrics.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Support investment evaluations and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with accounting and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems or financial software is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is considered an asset.
