Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Data Product Manager to drive personalized customer experiences through data-driven strategies and intelligent product solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in customer data ecosystems, product segmentation, marketing analytics, and AI/ML-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, CRM, analytics, and marketing to develop scalable data products and enhance customer engagement across multiple touchpoints.
This role requires a strong understanding of data governance, privacy policies, predictive analytics, and customer behavior modeling to build trusted and impactful customer experiences globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and leverage the existing product and services data ecosystem to define future customer experience capabilities.
- Drive strategy, governance, and implementation of data-related initiatives across business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with CRM, product, engineering, and marketing teams to define data and functional requirements.
- Design and define scalable data products, schemas, and AI/ML-driven automation capabilities.
- Translate large data initiatives into agile user stories and prioritize deliverables effectively.
- Build and maintain product roadmaps focused on customer and business data requirements.
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to create personas and consumer profiles.
- Ensure compliance with current data privacy policies and customer engagement standards.
- Partner with stakeholders including executives, analysts, engineers, and external customers to drive successful execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or Business Degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Product Management, Product Marketing, or Customer Data Platforms.
- Strong expertise in segmentation, targeting strategies, and multichannel customer engagement.
- Hands-on experience with analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and semantic/knowledge graph technologies.
- Strong experience with JIRA and SQL.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Analytics Certification or relevant Data/Product Management certifications preferred.
