VISHAB GROUP is seeking an experienced Head of PMO & Project Delivery – Owner’s Representative to lead the creation and management of a high-performing Project Management Office for a strategic, high-security industrial project in Gibraltar.
This senior role will report directly to the Group CEO and will be responsible for establishing the PMO framework, coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders, overseeing project controls, managing contracts, and protecting the owner’s interests throughout the full project lifecycle.
We are looking for a highly capable professional with strong experience in complex industrial or infrastructure projects, excellent leadership skills, and full professional proficiency in English. Spanish is highly desirable.
Key Skillsets & Knowledge
- Governance, and project delivery
- Project controls: cost, schedule, risk, and claims
- Contract management: FIDIC, NEC, or JCT
- Industrial, infrastructure, or high-security project experience
- Stakeholder coordination and contractor management
- Multidisciplinary engineering coordination
- Strong English communication skills; Spanish desirable
- Knowledge of Gibraltar, UK, or Spain regulatory environments is a plus
Sueldo: 35.000,00€-45.000,00€ al año
