About the Role:
We are looking for a highly analytical, ambitious and business-oriented Business Analyst to join our Go-To-Market organization and work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer.
This is a unique opportunity to become the right hand of the CRO, gaining exposure to the full commercial engine of an international SaaS business. The role offers a 360° view across all GTM functions, including Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and Strategic Growth Initiatives.
You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, driving visibility across ongoing projects, analyzing business performance and helping leadership teams stay aligned on priorities and execution.
This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, intellectual curiosity and the ambition to grow into a future business, strategy or commercial leadership role.
Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Business Support:
- Act as a trusted partner and support to the CRO across strategic and operational initiatives.
- Follow up on ongoing European-wide GTM projects and ensure alignment across different stakeholders and teams.
- Track key actions, deliverables and business priorities across multiple countries and departments.
- Support executive decision-making through data analysis and business insights
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze commercial, operational and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs and executive-level reporting.
- Prepare business reviews and performance summaries for leadership meetings.
- Support forecasting, pipeline analysis and revenue-related reporting.
Executive & Stakeholder Management:
- Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for internal leadership meetings, board discussions and shareholder updates.
- Support preparation for strategic meetings with key customers and partners.
- Coordinate information across different business units and regions.
- Ensure clear communication and follow-up between stakeholders.
Business Improvement & Projects:
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional projects supporting business growth and GTM effectiveness.
- Contribute to building a more data-driven and scalable commercial organization.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, Revenue Operations, Consulting, Finance, Commercial Operations or similar analytical roles.
- Experience working with data, reporting and business performance metrics.
- Exposure to SaaS, technology or fast-growing international environments is a strong plus.
- Languages: English (Interview will be conducted in English)
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to transform complex information into clear business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail combined with strong business understanding.
- Mastery of AI tools.
- Language Skills
§ Fluent in English (mandatory).
§ Other European language proficiency is a plus.
