About the Role
Join ABB Robotics at a pivotal moment—as we establish ourselves as a standalone global leader in automation. We're seeking an Employee Life Cycle Transformation Business Analyst to drive transformational change across our organization. In this role, you'll be at the heart of organizational optimization, architecting global governance frameworks for time & attendance management, and bringing our Employee Life Cycle strategy to life through strategic system design, process alignment, and organizational transformation.
You'll execute our global ELC vision by seamlessly integrating systems, processes, and people into our target operating model, reporting directly to the Global Payroll Transformation M&A Lead.
This will be a global role with hybrid or remote model of work. Preferred candidates are from Europe, specifically from Kraków, Poland or Madrid, Spain or Bangalore, India.
Your Responsibilities:

Define & Govern: Establish global ELC processes while intelligently accommodating local country requirements based on regulations and policies

Enable Technology: Lead Workday design and implementation, building in KPI monitoring and standardized workflows that drive efficiency

Shape the Future: Spearhead country landscape discovery during TSA transitions, envisioning and designing the "TO BE" environment

Drive Innovation: Identify and deliver process automation opportunities that amplify team capabilities

Partner Strategically: Serve as the central hub for organizational changes (including M&A), ensuring end-to-end process alignment and assessment
Qualifications for the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in "Day 1" environments and understands the nuances of a shared services landscape.
Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree

5-8+ years' experience in HR processes and/or transformation initiatives

Proven track record transitioning people and process structures into shared services models

Strong background designing global HR tool functionalities and standardized processes

Expert-level experience with Workday interfaces and system enhancements
