Join Our Team as a Fleet Distribution Agent I – Optimize Fleet Operations and Drive Efficiency!
Are you passionate about logistics, coordination, and operational excellence? We are looking for a talented Fleet Distribution Agent I to join our Operations Support team within the broader Operations function. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring vehicles are allocated and moved efficiently across locations, supporting smooth fleet operations and maximizing fleet availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the allocation and movement of vehicles across various locations to ensure optimal fleet availability.
- Provide administrative and operational support by managing fleet data, schedules, and logistics documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain effective communication and coordination for fleet distribution activities.
- Monitor vehicle status, availability, and requirements to proactively address potential shortages or surpluses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and tracking of fleet utilization under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards in all fleet operations.
Work under supervision while gradually taking on more autonomous responsibilities as experience grows.

Comfortable working with data and using basic office software for scheduling and reporting.

Ideal Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with fleet management or vehicle logistics is an advantage.
- Experience handling schedules, data entry, or coordination tasks in a business setting.
Exposure to working within a team environment with some autonomy.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
