What are we looking for?
We are looking for a QA Manager (with experience in CLM) to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management. We are building a very strong team comprised of high caliber professionals that will work closely with the client’s IT and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.

About the role:
- Design, build, configure, monitor, and maintain test environments
- Keep Confluence documentation complete and current, covering environment purpose, integrations, supported modules, data types, and access/entry criteria
- Continuously monitor environment health, performance, and configuration drift; drive proactive remediation
- Coordinate environment refreshes (e.g. every half year production data is freshly anonymized and loaded into test environments), patches, upgrades, and incident resolution in line with change control
Test Data Strategy & Provisioning
- Own the full test data lifecycle: sourcing, preparation, provisioning, and retirement
- Manage recurring data refresh cycles in collaboration with other teams providing specialist functions such as data anonymization
- Ensure data consistency across paired environments (e.g. UAT1/UAT2); detect and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Maintain reusable, role-based test personas and associated datasets with usage guidance
- Ensure Scrum Teams’ test data and environment needs are fully supported
