We are looking for a professional to provide PMO support in a D365 transformation program, acting as a key liaison between teams and ensuring coordination and tracking of deliverables. Responsible for tracking tasks and milestones, as well as preparing key phases such as mock runs and UAT in a dynamic environment. Part-time position (20 hours per week) for approximately 10–12 months, focused on organization, follow-up, and execution of program activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role provides critical support to the D365 transformation program, ensuring coordination, follow-up, and delivery across multiple workstreams. Acting as a central connector within the program, the position supports PMO activities, facilitates cross-team collaboration, and helps maintain execution discipline during key phases such as mock runs, UAT preparation, and ongoing program coordination.
The role is essential to mitigate execution risk and ensure that activities progress as planned in a fast-paced and high dependency environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Support PMO coordination activities within the D365 program
Act as an end-to-end connector between different teams and workstreams
Track actions, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely execution
Follow up on open items and support disciplined delivery of commitments
Assist with planning and coordination for mock runs and UAT preparation
Maintain structured reporting, documentation, and status updates
Support meetings, action tracking, and decision follow-up
Contribute to overall program organization and workload management

Junior to mid-level professional profile with a strong attitude and ownership mindset
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Strong follow-up skills and focus on “getting things done”
Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
Good communication skills and proactive approach
Comfort working in dynamic, fast-changing environments
Experience in PMO, project coordination, or transformation programs is a plus, but not required

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
