We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of AI-driven SOC automation and security control capabilities within an AI-native cybersecurity platform.
This role sits at the intersection of Security Operations (SOC), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and AI-powered automation. You will define and own product strategy for workflows that improve detection, response, and identity-aware security decisions at scale.
You will be expected to operate with strong autonomy, making informed security and product decisions, not only coordinating with engineering teams.
Define and own the roadmap for SOC automation and security control capabilities.
Prioritize initiatives and make trade-offs in complex technical and security environments.
Lead product discovery through delivery and enterprise-scale adoption.
Design automation across SOC workflows: alert triage, enrichment, incident response, and escalation.
Shape identity-aware security controls, including IAM, authentication, and access governance.
Make product-level decisions on security mechanisms such as MFA, passkeys, OTP/TOTP, and password/access policies.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual SOC workload while maintaining strong security posture.
Lead workshops and technical discussions with Engineering, Security, AI, and enterprise stakeholders.
Translate SOC and security requirements into clear product specifications and priorities.
Drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams in complex environments.
Define KPIs around SOC efficiency, automation adoption, analyst productivity, and security outcomes.
Continuously refine product direction based on operational data and feedback.
Senior Product Management experience in SOC, SecOps, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, or Security Automation.
Strong understanding of SOC operating models (N1/N2/N3, CSIRT).
Deep knowledge of IAM, authentication, and access control systems.
Ability to independently define security mechanisms (e.g., MFA, passkeys, OTP/TOTP, access policies).
Proven ability to lead complex technical products from concept to production.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership in international environments.
Ability to make autonomous decisions in technical and security contexts.
SOC technologies: SIEM, SOAR, EDR
IAM and identity security concepts
Security operations and incident response workflows
AI/ML concepts applied to security (agents, LLM workflows, evaluation, observability)
Cloud-native architectures (APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform)
Experience in large-scale SOC or MSSP environments
Background in SOC Analyst, Detection Engineering, SecOps, or SOAR roles
Exposure to enterprise IAM systems and identity security programs
Experience building AI-assisted security products
Familiarity with major security vendors (e.g., Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks)
