This is an 18-month secondment/fixed term opportunity.
You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the o9 project for a specific Business Unit for all the functions. You will be collaborating with leaders and colleagues at all levels within the BU and the regional project team. How you will contribute
You will:
Own accountability for end user trainingwithin the BU - ensuring people are invited, trained, tracking attendance and completion, and monitoring effectiveness.
Define the stakeholder landscape within the BU, cluster, and markets.Identify, onboard, and launch Change Champions and Key Users based on defined criteria. Build strong relationships and deliver impactful presentations.
