We're looking for a freelance personal assistant to support operations and handle business outreach. You'll be working directly with our team on a mix of partnership coordination, brand communications, and day-to-day support across our multilingual luxury and lifestyle publication.
What you'll be doing:
You'll manage outreach to brands and potential advertising partners, coordinate with our editorial team on partnerships, and handle the admin side of campaigns and collaborations. You'll also provide general administrative support to the Editor-in-Chief, manage calendars, track projects, and keep things organized. Some communication with our team is part of it, but everything happens remotely.
Who we need:
You've got some experience in business development, or personal assistance already. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. You know how to write professional emails and follow up effectively. You're organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks without losing track of anything. Furthermore, you understand luxury and lifestyle brands and design, or you're genuinely interested in learning. You work well independently and take initiative.
Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the world.
