You are a student currently enrolled at a university in Spain able to sign a “convenio de prácticas“.
You love creating designs that convert and can balance high-level creativity with practical usability.
You are a curious, proactive designer who finds ways to improve flows before being asked.
A collaborative communicator who views themselves as the owner of usability and polish, not just aesthetics.

Design user experiences for live Carrots apps that are as beautiful as they are effective.
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma for real product features.
Conduct UX research, including usability testing, competitor audits, and heuristic analyses.
Optimize designs for activation, retention, and monetization through growth-oriented experimentation on paywalls and onboarding.
Maintain and improve the design system, ensuring clean Figma files for developer handoff.

Core Technical: Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing web or mobile app projects (personal, academic, or professional).

Analytical: Ability to interpret product data and user behavior to inform design decisions.

Requirements: Full-time availability (40h/week) for at least 6 consecutive months.

Nice-to-have: Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Firebase, or Looker and experience with A/B testing.

Paid Internship: A remunerated full-time position offering real ownership—you will ship end-to-end designs, not just “student tasks”.
