To lead the management of supplier pricing, rate contracting, and commercial rate delivery across our global serviced apartment and corporate housing supply chain. Working closely with our Supply Chain, Sales, Client Services, Bid Management, and E-Distribution teams, you will ensure that supplier rates are competitive, accurate, and aligned with client requirements, supporting corporate RFPs, RFIs, and ongoing account management.
Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for negotiating and contracting client-specific and programme rates with accommodation partners, ensuring rate agreements are accurately documented and handed over to the E-Distribution team for mapping and implementation, maintaining rate integrity across all systems.
· Manage supplier pricing and rate negotiations across SilverDoor's global serviced apartment and corporate housing supply chain.
· Coordinate annual and ad-hoc corporate RFP, RFI, and client pricing requests with accommodation partners within agreed deadlines.
· Work with Supplier Account Managers and the wider Supply Chain team to develop pricing strategies for key clients and markets.
· Contract, and maintain negotiated client-specific and programme rates with suppliers to meet client requirements and commercial objectives.
· Ensure all appropriate rate agreements are accurately documented and handed over to the E-Distribution team for mapping, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
· Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with serviced apartment and corporate housing suppliers.
· Analyse market pricing trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to identify opportunities to improve competitiveness and client value.
· Maintain rate integrity across internal systems, ensuring pricing data remains accurate and up to date.
· Support Sales, Client Services, and Bid Management teams with pricing for new business opportunities, client renewals, and strategic proposals.
· Monitor supplier compliance with contracted rates and commercial agreements, addressing discrepancies where required.
· Track reporting and insights on pricing performance, savings opportunities, supplier responsiveness, and rate compliance and support to collation of such data.
· Act as the primary point of contact for ‘agreed rate’-related escalations and support the resolution of pricing and contracting issues.
· Drive continuous improvement of pricing, contracting, and supplier engagement processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
· Collaborate closely with the E-Distribution team to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of negotiated rates across connected supplier systems.
Beneficial experience:
