What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced CSPM Security Expert with a strong background in cloud security, DevOps, and public cloud environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, structure security processes, and support the deployment and operation of a Cloud Security Posture Management solution across a complex international environment.
Mandatory:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical DevOps, security, and public cloud environments
- Demonstrated experience with CSPM solutions or similar cloud security services
- Proven expertise in CSPM implementation, deployment, and operational activities
- Expert-level knowledge of AWS environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Azure environments
- Advanced understanding of cloud security controls and industry frameworks, including CIS and NIST
- Ability to structure, document, and operationalize security processes within complex cloud ecosystems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and recommendations
- Experience translating security requirements into effective cloud security controls
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to have:
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or French
- Experience designing and implementing operational target processes for cloud security services
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27017 and Cloud Security Alliance standards and recommendations
- Experience contributing to large-scale cloud security transformation programmes across multiple entities
- Previous exposure to onboarding processes for new public cloud accounts within a CSPM framework
- Experience producing compliance dashboards and security reporting for stakeholders
