We’re hiring for our client, a fast-growing company working with tech and e-commerce brands & they’re looking for someone who’s not just “good with customers”… but who actually cares.
Responsibilities-
Help customers with everything from product onboarding to troubleshooting tech issues

Guide users through software, hardware & IoT setups

Solve tricky cases

Communicate via phone & email (mostly inbound)

Document cases and keep things structured

Requirements
-
Fluent in Norwegian (written & spoken)

Good level of English (internal language)

Around 1+ year experience in customer service/support

Already based in Malaga (or very close)

Comfortable with tech (you don’t need to be an expert, but not afraid of it either)
