Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Service & USD Developer

We are passionate about innovation and developing technology solutions that create real business impact. We are currently looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Unified Service Desk (USD) Developer to join an international project team.
- Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Build and maintain Unified Service Desk (USD) components, including Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting.
- Develop custom hosted controls using C#/.NET (WPF) and JavaScript.
- Integrate CTI and telephony solutions within USD.
- Work with USD APIs and SDK to extend platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
Required
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Hands-on experience with Unified Service Desk (USD).
- Experience with USD Hosted Controls, Actions, Events, and Agent Scripting.
- Knowledge of CTI adapters and telephony integrations.
- Strong C#/.NET (WPF) development skills.
- JavaScript experience within Dynamics environments.
Nice to Have
- XAML and advanced WPF knowledge.
- Experience building custom UI integrations within Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service or Customer Service Workspace.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
