Ciklum is looking for a Senior SAP Engineer to join our team in Spain.

About the role:
As a Senior SAP Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:

Assist and ensure the stability of an existing solution, which is a custom build and also includes SAP standard elements

Engineer products to the highest standards of security and data privacy by implementing and following client's security and data privacy principles

Engineer products that implement business logic, modern design patterns, and architectural principles
-
Engineer products that follow the highest coding standards, e.g., documentation and efficiency
-
Ensure product robustness and reliability by writing and executing unit and integration tests
-
Improve operational efficiency by developing automation tools for daily tasks

Build efficient and optimal solutions by challenging ideas/opinions
Requirements:
-
Skilled SAP engineer who is change-ready and open to assist on a wide variety of tasks depending on team priorities. This also involves working with non-SAP technologies

Several years’ experience with modern SAP Steampunk (SAP RAP, ABAP Cloud, Fiori, SAPUI5)
-
Several years’ experience with Fiori, both standard and custom applications
-
Experience with GitHub CI/CD
-
API development and management
-
A curious team player that continuously learn, naturally shares knowledge and challenges status quo
-
Good communication and people skills
-
Enjoy delivering sustainable solutions with quality over quantity always considering performance and security

Playful and self-driven

Experience working in an agile development team with Kanban

Experience working with solutions that support business processes
