We are looking for a UX/UI Designer & Researcher to support product design activities within an international product team. The person will work on UX research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design system components. They should be comfortable collaborating with Product, Development, Business stakeholders, and other designers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Service Requirements
Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and shared libraries.
Ability to design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Ability to conduct user research interviews and communicate findings clearly.
Comfortable working in an international environment where English is used as the working language.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, developers, business stakeholders, and design teams.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and with attention to detail.
Good understanding of usability, accessibility, consistency, and responsive design principles.
Experience / Skills
Around 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
Professional experience using Figma.
Experience creating or working with design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Experience working with international or cross-functional teams in English.
Experience conducting user research activities, such as interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
Experience translating user needs, research findings, and business requirements into clear UX/UI solutions.
As a plus
Experience with B2B/B2C, or SaaS digital products for smartphone and web in the animal health or medical domain.
Experience facilitating workshops or discovery sessions.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or FigJam.
Experience with Adobe package.
Experience in gaining insights on user behavior from analytics data.
Basic understanding of front-end development constraints.
Experience documenting design decisions, research insights, or design system guidelines.
