HP’s Large Format Finance team is looking for an AI-driven, highly analytical Graduate Financial Analyst to support the transformation of financial planning and decision-making processes across a global organization.
This role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about data, automation, and artificial intelligence. The position focuses on driving innovation in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered tools .
The successful candidate will operate in a truly global environment, collaborating across APJ, EMEA, and AMS to harmonize financial processes and enhance consistency, scalability, and efficiency. HP is changing the way the world understands 3 D Printing .

Leverage AI tools and digital solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, AI agents) to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's or M aster’s degree in Business , Economics, or a related field , obtained within the last 12 months.
