About the Role
Karisma Persada Finance is looking for a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to support financial planning, cost analysis, and budgeting activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the organization maintain financial efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production and operational costs.
- Prepare cost reports and financial analyses.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting or financial analysis preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
