WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Creative Vision: You set and own the creative direction for all knitwear Men’s collections, defining silhouettes, yarns, colors, and key items that express our brand identity.
Trend Research: You dive deep into trends and consumer insights through store checks, social media, competitor benchmarks, and knit-specific forecasts to keep our collections relevant and forward-looking.
Collection Ownership: You develop and manage seasonal collections in line with margin, quality, and market positioning targets, always balancing creativity with commercial success.
Materials & Structures: You select yarns, knit structures, and finishes that reflect our aesthetic standards while meeting margin and sustainability goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Product Development, Buying, Merchandising, and Sourcing to ensure feasibility, profitability, and smooth execution across the value chain.
Fit & Leadership: You lead fittings, oversee product adjustments, and ensure silhouette, wearability, and quality while mentoring and supporting junior team members within the Jersey & Knit unit.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Knitwear Design or a related discipline.
Your Strengths: You bring deep expertise in jersey and knitwear design, construction, and production processes. You combine visionary creativity with strong commercial thinking and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams.
Your Profile: You have at least 7 years of experience in jersey and knitwear Men design, backed by a strong portfolio. You work confidently with advanced design software and knitwear-specific tools, create compelling presentations in PowerPoint, and use market feedback and performance data to continuously evolve your collections. You communicate fluently in Spanish, English and/or German are a plus
