We are seeking a Consultant Real Estate for our Living team in Capital Markets in Madrid.
You will lead and coordinate projects in different areas of the Living segment (mainly focus in Multifamily), taking responsibility on the result and delivery, being the main contact both for clients and the rest of the Living team in Capital Market in Madrid´s office.
What this job involves:
You will coordinate the team dedicated to each project, ensuring the consistency and quality of the work delivered.
You will understand our clients demands from different points of view: business, Real Estate analysis and methodology.
You will work closely with different departments within JLL depending on the project. As part of our services, we provide a wide and deep understanding of Real Estate sector.
You will be part of JLL´s transformation to a technological and financial company, continuing with its solid ethical values, teamwork and client solutions with maximum real estate knowledge.

Do you have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Law or Economics? A post degree in Real Estate, urban planning and/or valuations will be a plus.
Do you have between 2 to 5 years experience in Real Estate sector, in client or a Consultancy firm. Project execution experience, leadership and client management skills are required.
Are you looking for a full-time job?
Do you have an advanced level of English? Other languages will be a plus.
Are you used to work with cashflows and other financial analysis tools? Strong analytical and financial skills are required.
Do you have background analyzing different Real Estate typologies (residential, land, Commercial Real Estate…)? Knowledge in urban planning will be specially considered in candidate.
Have you been involved in sale processes (acquisition or sale)? Have you been involved in PRS deals: Multifamily, Build To Rent, Singlefamily…?
