FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Manager – Spanish Speaker (Remote).
Responsibilities
- Develop the assigned country/region (Spain), including but not limited to converting leads into clients and acquiring and building business relationships with new and existing partners
- Actively identify and engage trading professionals across social platforms, professional networks, forums, blogs, and communities with the aim of onboarding them as clients or partners
- Identify and execute the most effective local marketing channels to promote FP Markets and its products in the Spanish market
- Support onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers, and other partners
- Collaborate closely with Customer Support and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent client experience
- Maintain and expand relationships with partners to maximise long-term business growth
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and feedback to internal teams
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the FX/CFD or online trading industry
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- Good level of English
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of the Spanish financial/trading landscape is an advantage
