We are currently seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Solutions Coordinator to support IT operations, coordinate technology projects, and ensure smooth delivery of IT solutions for internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and business technology solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and vendors to manage IT-related projects and support activities.
- Monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the deployment of new technologies, applications, and system upgrades.
- Maintain IT documentation, technical procedures, and project records.
- Assist in managing user accounts, access permissions, and IT security protocols.
- Coordinate with external service providers for technical support and infrastructure maintenance.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and IT service requests.
- Ensure compliance with company IT standards, policies, and cybersecurity practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT coordination, technical support, or IT project management.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based business systems.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are an advantage.
