Your Opportunity
Join our team as a key link between our customers and the company, ensuring daily needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will play a vital role in managing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the delivery of commercial products, all while contributing to our company’s overall objectives.
Where You’ll Be
You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with various departments such as Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales to deliver excellent service to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing daily communications through established company channels.
Process and verify customer orders, coordinate with internal teams to confirm delivery dates, and keep customers informed of order status and any changes.
Plan and manage shipments, deliveries, and related documentation, including invoicing and export paperwork when required.
Register and track customer claims, coordinate with relevant departments for resolution, and keep customers updated throughout the process.
Support the introduction of new products or designs by coordinating between customers and internal teams.
Provide back-office support, including sending product certifications, monitoring stock levels, preparing reports, and supporting monthly meetings and projects.
Manage the supply of commercial products, including purchase planning, order processing, and handling non-conformities with suppliers and logistics partners.
Maintain accurate customer information and support the onboarding of new team members.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Vocational training in administration and/or commercial fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Communication skills in English (spoken and written), with French considered an asset depending on customer assignments.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as customer service, order management, sales support, or public-facing positions.
Practical experience with business systems (e.g., BPCS, Cognos) is an advantage.
