MTL Smart Solutions is looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our growing team on the southern Costa del Sol.
We deliver premium WiFi, networking, CCTV, and smart home infrastructure for high-end residential properties, developers, and estate agencies across Estepona, Marbella, Sotogrande, and the wider Costa del Sol.
The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise-grade Wi-Fi 7 networks using the UniFi ecosystem, VLAN segmentation across Main LAN, IoT, CCTV, Guest, and Management networks, CCTV system installation and commissioning using Hikvision and Axis, Cat6A structured cabling including termination, patching, and rack builds, site surveys and pre-install planning for luxury villas and developments, commissioning, testing, and client handover documentation, and occasional remote troubleshooting and support.
We are looking for someone with proven hands-on experience with UniFi, Ruijie including Switches, and APs, solid knowledge of VLAN, firewall, and network segmentation, experience with Hikvision or similar CCTV platforms, the ability to work autonomously on high-end residential sites and hospitality sites, clean client-facing communication skills, own vehicle, and English is essential with Spanish a strong advantage. CCNA or equivalent certification, experience with AV or smart home integration such as KNX, Control4, or Lutron, and familiarity with Wi-Fi 7 deployments are all a bonus.
