The Marketing manager for Spain and Portugal will coordinate and support all marketing activities in both markets. This position is responsible of developing and executing a marketing plan for the region in line with central marketing guidelines, sales objectives and planned budgets.
She/He will also be responsible for proposing and developing the local marketing budget in coordination with the local team and the central marketing team
She/he will take the lead in understanding the market needs from a consumer and customer perspective, to develop assets which are meaningful and impactful for our target audience ( B2B partners, architect & designers , final end consumers). This know-how will be shared with the central Marketing team to ensure that central developed assets are fit for the local market.
The person is responsible for developing and launching on time all necessary sales assets (catalogues, launch packages, flyers, giveaways, …) as well as responsible for the showrooms in the region and events development & planning. Furthermore, the person is responsible for the Marketing communication plan in the region. Defining, in alignment with the central Marketing Team.
Additionally, she/he will develop the digital marketing tools ( website , social media , b2b portal) following central guidelines and support the local sales teams with the necessary assets but as well give regular updates on the marketing activities in her/his area of responsibility as well as collect feedback and input from different teams in the organization (Sales, Category Management, Management).
The person in this position takes accountability for a successful marketing strategy in Iberia. The position will report to the head Iberia.
