About the role:
As a Senior Brand Designer, you are more than a designer, you are a guardian and builder of the SD Worx brand. You combine conceptual creativity with systematic thinking and know how to translate a brand into scalable visual systems, frameworks, and assets across campaigns, digital platforms, sales enablement, product marketing, and internal communications.
You will play a key role within our in-house agency, helping evolve and maintain the SD Worx visual identity across Europe. From campaign concepts to product sheets, social assets, presentations, event branding, and digital (product) experiences, you ensure every touchpoint feels consistent, modern, and unmistakably SD Worx.
You think beyond individual assets and campaigns, creating reusable design patterns and scalable brand frameworks that enable teams across Europe to deliver a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
You will also help manage and evolve our Digital Asset Management platform (Frontify), ensuring our brand system, templates, guidelines, and assets remain structured, accessible, and scalable for local marketing teams and external partners.

Translate strategic and campaign ideas into compelling visual concepts.
Ensure a consistent and premium brand experience across all markets and channels.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, strategists, marketers, and external agencies to create integrated creative work.
Drive the evolution of the SD Worx visual identity and brand system in line with our digital-first positioning.
Brand Governance & Systems
Organize, structure, and optimize brand assets, templates, guidelines, and design components within Frontify.
Develop scalable template systems, reusable design assets, and brand frameworks that enable efficient, consistent execution across European markets.
Stay ahead of design, branding, digital, and AI-driven creative trends to continuously elevate the quality of the brand output.
5+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication, preferably within an in-house agency, creative agency, or international brand environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, digital assets, editorial design, and multi-channel creative work.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
