Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, security, and backup processes
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues
- Support system upgrades, maintenance activities, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system reliability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux environments, and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity practices
- Experience with monitoring and backup tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional level of English required; Spanish is an advantage
- Relevant IT certifications are considered beneficial
