Business Process Owner - HR & successfactors Workstream Lead

As Business Process Owner – HR & SFSF Workstream Lead , you will own SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) from a technical and process perspective, acting as the workstream lead for Fluidra's HRIS. You will provide hands-on technical expertise, define what is and is not possible in the system, and organise and prioritise the support delivered by our third-party AMS partner.
Starting from the platform and growing toward the business, you will become the global owner of HR processes — the bridge between HR and IT — driving adoption and shaping how SuccessFactors evolves across 15+ countries. As SFSF is often deployed as a stand-alone solution, you will work closely with IT on infrastructure, integrations, cybersecurity and quality.
Scope: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development and Time Tracking, plus the associated HR processes.
Key responsibilities
SuccessFactors ownership & technical lead
Be the primary technical and functional contact for SuccessFactors, with in-depth knowledge of the modules in scope.
Make and validate configuration decisions; define the technical boundaries of what is and is not possible.
Manage development, pre-production and production environments and the progression of changes between them.
Track the semi-annual SAP releases, assess their impact and coordinate their implementation.
AMS service management
Act as Service Manager for the AMS partner: monitor SLAs, prioritise the backlog and validate deliverables.
Classify and approve incidents and enhancements; approve functional design and estimates before development.
Lead acceptance testing (UAT) with key users before any change goes to production.
HR process ownership & business partnering
Progressively become the global owner of HR processes in SuccessFactors and, over time, beyond it.
Keep the configuration aligned with company policies; maintain process documentation and detect deviations.
Act as the bridge between HR and IT and as arbiter in conflicts across processes or countries.
Adoption, change & key users
Drive SuccessFactors adoption within HR, ensuring the processes defined in the system are the ones actually used.
Communicate changes from releases and enhancements; manage change resistance as a system ambassador.
Coordinate the network of key users and detect and address training gaps.
Roadmap, projects & IT collaboration
Lead the rollout of pending SFSF modules and other HR tools, from requirements to design, testing and training.
Oversee integrations with payroll, ERP and third-party tools, collaborating with IT on the broader ecosystem.
Contribute to the HRIS roadmap from both a technical and a business perspective.
SAP relationship & continuous improvement
Own the relationship with SAP: channel escalations, track support notes and stay current on the product roadmap.
Assess whether contracted functionalities are fully leveraged and identify new capabilities that add business value.
Required:
Proven SuccessFactors expert , ideally 6+ years of relevant experience including global programs and organisations.
Hands-on with Employee Central and several of: Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning and Career Development (Compensation, Succession and Workforce Planning a plus).
Experience managing AMS vendors or in Service Manager roles.
Experience with SFSF integrations to payroll systems, S/4HANA or other ERPs (desirable).
International, multi-country and multi-language environments, ideally a scope like Fluidra (15+ countries).
Experience — HR & processes (complementary)
Exposure to corporate HR processes (recruitment, performance, learning, personnel management) as key user, process owner or BPO.
HRIS implementation or evolution projects and change management in digital HR transformation (a plus).
Education
Bachelor's degree in a technological or HR-related discipline (Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or similar).
Official SAP SuccessFactors certification appreciated, especially Employee Central.
Skills & ways of working
Hands-on configuration ability and UAT leadership; able to prioritise and steer a third-party support backlog.
Leadership without hierarchical authority; strong communication and stakeholder management across IT, HR and management.
Process- and continuous-improvement-oriented; pragmatic in balancing user needs with technical and resource constraint
