What will your challenges be?
Create and own ecommerce commercial plans and be the single point of contact with affiliates, coordinating with UX, Acquisition, IT, and Market teams to ensure effective execution and contribute to sales growth.
Analyze commercial activations and funnel performance to extract insights, apply best practices across countries, and collaborate on continuous improvements to optimize KPIs.
Assist in benchmarking eCommerce innovations and support the Product Owner in building a roadmap that leverages Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and market trends.
Act as the central point of contact for daily operations, coordinating with affiliates and cross-functional teams (Legal, Design, Supply, Logistics, Customer Care, Marketing) to ensure flawless execution of community and eCommerce experiences.
Support LICON experience development by reviewing and coordinating setup prior to launch, sharing country-level feedback with Corporate, and aligning local plans with global community strategy.
Monitor weekly KPIs and support quarterly reviews with markets, identifying technical bugs and data issues, and following up with the responsible teams until resolution.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: University degree in Economics, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in eCommerce or similar roles, with proven experience in coordinating cross-functional operations or supporting commercial initiatives.
Languages: High level of English (C1), both spoken and written.
Digital & IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital tools is a plus.
Competencies: Analytical mindset, highly organized, committed, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
