Do you love the challenge of leading exciting outdoor experiences like hiking, climbing, and orienteering? We are looking for a Monitor/a de Deportes y Aventura to join our vibrant team this July at CBS Summer Camp, a residential camp designed to create unforgettable learning experiences for children.

- Lead and supervise outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, orienteering, team challenges and more.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during all physical and outdoor activities.
- Create a fun, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for children to thrive in.
- Collaborate with fellow monitors to plan, set up, and execute activities.
- Help campers develop confidence, resilience, and teamwork through sport and adventure.
- TAFAD/TESEAS qualification or an official certification in sports and outdoor adventure activities (climbing, hiking, etc.) is required.
- Previous experience working in summer camps or educational settings with children.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and manage a group of children aged 6–14.
- Knowledge in risk management, outdoor safety, and first aid (First Aid Certificate is a plus).
- Energetic, flexible, and team-spirited attitude.
