Freelance Guest Communication & Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelance professional to support the daily operations of our short-term rental properties in Nueva Andalucía and El Paraíso.
-Property Portfolio
9 apartments and 1 house
3 apartments are seasonal, meaning the active portfolio may vary (typically around 5 properties)
-Main Responsibilities
Managing guest communication
Coordinating cleaning schedules
Arranging maintenance and handling issues
Conducting property checks
Internal team coordination
-Requirements
Experience with short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Strong English communication skills
Spanish is a plus (not required)
Organized, proactive, and reliable
Driver’s license required
- Compensation
5% of total rental revenue
Additional in-person tasks outside the standard scope are paid separately (€25–€50 per task)

Pay: Up to 1,500.00€ per month
