English Studio is looking for enthusiastic English teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 academic year.
We are a dynamic, friendly and modern English academy in Albacete. Our aim is to create a positive learning environment where students feel confident, motivated and supported while making real progress in English.
The role involves teaching small groups of children, teenagers and/or adults, mainly in the afternoons from Monday to Thursday. We are looking for teachers who bring energy, warmth and professionalism to the classroom, and who enjoy making lessons active, structured and effective.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan and teach engaging English lessons to small groups.
- Teach children, teenagers and/or adults depending on the timetable.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Help students improve their speaking, grammar, vocabulary and confidence.
- Follow the academy’s methodology and class objectives.
- Communicate clearly with the academy team.
- Take part in training, meetings and academy routines when required.
Requirements:
- C2 / proficient level of English.
- Right to work legally in Spain.
- Experience teaching English to children, teenagers and/or adults.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Warm, professional and friendly personality.
- Reliable, organised and committed.
- Ability to make lessons fun, dynamic and effective.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
Valuable extras:
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge exams.
- Teaching qualification or relevant training.
- Experience working in an English academy.
- Knowledge of Spanish.
- Availability for possible extra hours.
- Long-term interest in growing with the academy.
