Responsibilities:
- Support the development of automation solutions using Microsoft C#, Azure Functions, and PowerShell scripts.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud identity platforms based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, including Information Security and Development.
- Help manage Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Connect for secure authentication.
- Assist with identity synchronization and management using Microsoft Identity Management.
- Support Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) and Microsoft APP Proxy for secure access and single sign-on.
- Help prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.
Required Technical Skills:
- Programming skills (With Microsoft C#).
- Scripting skills (With Microsoft PowerShell).
- Knowledge of Microsoft based identity solutions and M365.
- Hands-on experience of Microsoft Azure Identity Services.
- Any foundational cloud-related certifications.
- Familiarity with ITIL and/or ISO 20000.
Soft skills:
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Desirable certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
