POSITION: CONTRACTING MANAGER
Department: Contracting Reports To: General Manager / Country Director Location: Madrid, Spain
Role Purpose
To establish, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with tourism suppliers throughout Spain while securing the most competitive commercial conditions for the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and contract tourism suppliers throughout Spain • Negotiate rates, allotments, payment terms, cancellation policies, and added-value benefits • Maintain strong supplier relationships • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking • Review and renew supplier agreements • Monitor supplier performance and service quality • Support Product and Operations departments • Attend trade fairs, workshops, and supplier meetings • Prepare contracting and market intelligence reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience • Strong supplier network throughout Spain • Excellent commercial negotiation skills • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
