We are looking for an Onboarding Account Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will help ambitious Dutch companies grow their international presence using advanced advertising tools. You will be the main consultant for the Netherlands, managing the digital plans for new partners and making sure they succeed over the long term.
Your Role: Growth and StrategyYou will be the person in charge of a client's first experience with us, turning complex ad technology into real business growth. You will guide them through the early stages so they feel confident and supported.

Campaign Management: Organize, set up, and launch high-performance PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns for a wide variety of Dutch business clients.

Product Expertise: Act as a specialist for top advertising platforms, picking and adjusting the right digital tools to meet specific business goals.

Consultative Sales: Look closely at what a client needs, ask the right questions, and suggest custom marketing solutions that give them the best return on their money.

Revenue Growth: Find hidden ways to grow accounts and manage budgets carefully so clients get the most value possible from their advertising spend.

Records: Keep the computer database (CRM system) updated with perfect notes so that the whole team has the information they need to work together smoothly.
We need someone who is great with data and numbers, but who also knows how to build strong, professional relationships with Dutch business leaders.

Education: You must have a University degree (BA/BS). If you have a Master's degree in Marketing or Communications, that is even better.

Languages: You need to speak and write both Dutch and English perfectly (Native or C2 level) for business discussions.

Background: You should have at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a client-facing role where you consistently hit your work targets.

Technical Skills: You are comfortable using data, online analytics, and AI tools to create smart advertising strategies for your clients.

Market Knowledge: You understand how Dutch business culture works, including regional rules and privacy laws like GDPR.
