Job Responsibilities:
1. After-Sales Technical Support
-- Coordinate with the parent company in China to oversee on-site installation, commissioning and acceptance of equipment, and provide on-site and remote technical guidance.
-- Track and resolve all equipment malfunctions and operational issues raised by customers.
-- Conduct regular customer return visits to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Market Technical Support
-- Assist the business team from the Chinese parent company in international exhibitions, delivering product technical presentations and answering customers’ technical inquiries.
-- Help compile technical documents and equipment case materials, and promote products and brand image via new media channels to boost overseas brand recognition and drive the growth of global business.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or other related engineering disciplines.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of work experience. Prior experience in after-sales technical support is preferred. Candidates with a sales or marketing mindset are preferred.
3. Languages: Primary working languages: Mandarin & English. Conversational Spanish is a plus
4. Other: Driver's license is preferred.

岗位职责
1、售后技术支持
- 配合国内母公司，统筹协调海外设备的现场安装、调试、项目验收，提供现场/远程技术指导；
- 处理跟进客户日常反馈的各类使用问题、设备故障等；
- 定期用户回访，提升客户满意度；
2、市场技术配合
- 配合国内母公司业务团队参加国际展会，负责产品技术讲解、客户技术答疑；
- 协助整理产品技术资料、设备案例素材，通过新媒体进行产品和品牌推广工作，提升公司海外知名度，助力公司国际化业务增长；
任职要求
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关工科专业
2、经验要求：有1年以上工作经验，有售后技术支持经验的优先；有市场沟通意识优先。
3、语言要求：中文和英文为主要工作语言，具备西班牙语沟通能力者优先。
4、其他：有驾照优先
