Start Date: September/October 2026
Location: Dublin (Ireland) or Madrid (Spain)
Come build community, explore your passions and do your best work at Microsoft. This opportunity will allow you to bring your aspirations, talent, potential and excitement for the journey ahead.
As a Business Analyst (Consultant), you will help our customers realise value from Microsoft working with the innovative AI Business Solutions or the Adoption, Change and Service Management teams across EMEA. In collaboration with experienced colleagues, you will work side-by-side with customers across industries, understanding and qualifying their needs, discovering and framing AI opportunities and behaviours, transforming their business processes, designing Copilot and agentic solutions, and translating technical complexity into business outcomes.
You will contribute to presales and delivery, applying structured thinking and Responsible AI guardrails to turn ambition into measurable outcomes, and build the relationships and adoption programmes that make solutions stick.
This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop deep business and industry acumen, and build fluency in the AI technologies reshaping the enterprise
Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Build your readiness — learn new technologies and services, deepen your understanding of security considerations, and obtain relevant accreditations and certifications as advised by the domain leadership team.
For this early-career role we recruit primarily for disposition — the capabilities that are hardest to train:
