We currently operate multiple locations and continue expanding through growth, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Now, for our Valencia operations, we are looking for a highly capable All-Around Manager who can take ownership locally and make things happen.
The Opportunity
This is not a standard office manager role.
This is for someone who enjoys dynamic environments, solving problems, taking responsibility and building something real.
You will play a key role in strengthening and growing our presence in Valencia, with direct impact on operations, occupancy, partnerships and local brand momentum.
The role will begin on a part-time basis (approximately 24 hours per week), with the intention to grow into a full-time 40-hour role as the business expands and responsibilities increase.
Main ResponsibilitiesCabanyal Location
Coordinate and guide ongoing renovations and improvements
Ensure the space reaches the YOUNG quality and brand standard
Manage suppliers, timelines and execution quality
Spot problems early and solve them fast
Commercial Growth
Help fill offices and desks through local commercial actions
Generate leads through networking, partnerships and outreach
Support tours, follow-ups and conversions
Create local momentum and visibility
Merkato Partnership
Manage and strengthen the relationship with Merkato
Identify win-win collaborations
Ensure the partnership creates real value and occupancy opportunities
Marketing & Local Brand Presence
Coordinate with an external marketing / social media partner
Ensure content is active, relevant and aligned with the YOUNG brand
Help create events, collaborations and visibility in Valencia
Operations
Keep daily operations smooth and professional
Support members / tenants with urgency and care
Bring structure, ownership and accountability locally
