This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in our office in Barcelona and 2 days working from home.
We are looking for a Technical CRM Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality CRM solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing technical expertise across integrations, custom development, and system optimization.
You’ll work at the intersection of data, automation, and customer platforms, helping drive efficiency and innovation through robust technical solutions.
What you’ll do:
Technical Development & Integrations
Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes using Talend
Build and optimize triggers, custom functions, and stored procedures (SQL)
Develop custom widgets, forms, pages, and executable processes
Troubleshoot and resolve API (REST) integration issues
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Create and manage analytical reports using Metabase and Crystal Reports
Define KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems
System Optimization & Support
Investigate and resolve technical incidents, including server load issues
Monitor and optimize Talend jobs to ensure performance and reliability
Implement validations and propose continuous improvements
Process & Documentation
Document developments (functions, triggers, integrations) for scalability and maintainability
Configure workflows and automation processes
Manage tasks using Kanban methodologies to ensure efficient delivery

Your first 90 days
30 Days:
Onboard and gain hands-on experience with our platform, reporting tools (Crystal Reports), analytics (Metabase), and integrations (Talend & APIs). Learn internal workflows and best practices.
60 Days:
Start contributing to real projects—handling incidents and implementing small enhancements under guidance.
90 Days:
Work independently on custom developments and take ownership of specific technical areas.
Responsabilidades principales
What we’re looking for:
Must-Have Skills
Advanced SQL (triggers, stored procedures)
Experience with ETL tools (preferably Talend)
Strong understanding of REST APIs and integrations
2+ years of experience in technical support, integrations, or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Metabase or Crystal Reports
Background working with CRM or ERP systems
Experience building forms, widgets, or basic JavaScript development
Soft Skills
Clear and structured communication
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
