YunExpress is an international logistics company specializing in cross-border e-commerce logistics. We provide integrated logistics solutions including customs clearance, warehousing, parcel handling, transportation coordination and local operational support for e-commerce platforms, sellers and business partners.
As our business in Spain continues to develop, we are looking for an Operations Director / General Manager to lead our local Spanish operation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is able to understand operational details, coordinate local teams and external resources, and work closely with our Europe regional management and China headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of YunExpress in Spain, including warehouse coordination, customs clearance follow-up, local team management and operational issue resolution.
- Working closely with warehouse, customs, external partners and internal support teams to ensure smooth and stable operations.
- Monitoring key operational indicators such as cost, productivity, service quality, manpower efficiency and process compliance.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and driving practical solutions in a timely manner.
- Coordinating local resources, temporary staffing agencies, outsourced partners and external service providers when needed.
- Acting as a key bridge between the Spain local team, Europe regional management and China-based headquarters.
- Supporting customer communication and business development when required, especially in relation to cross-border e-commerce logistics clients.
- Driving continuous improvement in processes, cost control, team efficiency and service performance.
Requirements
- Solid working experience in Spain, with good understanding of the local business environment.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, cross-border e-commerce, warehousing, customs clearance, parcel delivery or transportation operations is highly preferred.
- Experience managing operational teams, external partners or outsourced resources.
- Strong hands-on problem-solving mindset, with willingness to go into operational details and follow issues through until resolution.
- Good business sense and cost awareness, with the ability to track KPIs and improve operational performance.
- Fluent Chinese is required for daily communication with China headquarters and internal support teams.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.
- Strong ownership, resilience and result orientation.

This role is ideal for someone who is not only a manager, but also a hands-on operator who can actively coordinate people, processes and resources to solve problems and support the long-term development of YunExpress in Spain.
