Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist employees and clients with troubleshooting and system access
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications
- Monitor and resolve support tickets within agreed response times
- Support onboarding and setup for new employees
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and system records
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve support processes
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance roles
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment
- Professional level of English required; Spanish is preferred
- Relevant IT certifications are considered an advantage
