From its iconic catalogues to a strong digital presence, we specialise in stylish design furniture and home décor, alongside a curated ready to wear fashion collection.
Your role
Reporting to the B2B and Brand departments, you will lead the launch and growth of our first B2B showroom in Barcelona: a 300m2 office and showroom space with a 100m2 terrace in the heart of the city (Diputació 273). This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a brand new space and turn it into a true destination for the professional interior design community. (Please note this is a fixed term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on results.)
Your mission is to make the showroom a living, vibrant hub: a place where B2B clients want to come, connect and buy, and where selected B2C audiences discover the brand through curated experiences.
Showroom launch and animation:
- Launch and set up the showroom as a welcoming, on brand commercial and experiential space
- Define and run a calendar of events, from professional networking evenings to product launches and themed showcases
- Host clients, partners and prospects, turning every visit into a memorable brand experience
Own the day to day life of the space: layout, displays, atmosphere and standards

Community and partnerships:
- Build and activate a local community of architects, interior designers, decorators and other trade professionals
- Develop partnerships with relevant players in the Barcelona design, hospitality and lifestyle scene
Position the showroom as a reference point within the local interior design community

Marketing and B2C activation:
- Design and deliver smart marketing actions to drive footfall and awareness across social media, local press and influence
- Organise pop ups and appointment based experiences to bring B2C customers into the space
Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure a consistent, premium image

Commercial development:
- Turn showroom traffic, events and community relationships into qualified B2B leads
- Follow up on and convert your own leads, owning the commercial relationship through to the sale
- Work hand in hand with the B2B sales team, who handle the administrative and operational side (deliveries, stock, invoicing) so you can stay focused on selling and on the showroom
- Track performance through clear indicators (visits, leads, events, conversion, generated revenue) and report regularly, building the case for future showrooms
What is expected from you:
- A background in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Events or a related field
- First experience (around 2 to 4 years) in events, community management, retail experience, hospitality or commercial roles, ideally with some exposure to interior design, furniture or lifestyle
- A strong local network in Barcelona, or the energy and talent to build one fast
- A genuine passion for interior decoration, design and beautiful spaces
- A proactive, hands on, entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building things from scratch and making them happen
- A commercial drive with the ability to turn relationships and leads into closed deals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you are a natural host and connector
- Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial results
- Spanish fluency and a high level of English; French skills will be a plus
- Immediate or short term availability
