About the role:
We are looking for an Associate Director rolewith 5-7 years of experience to oversee the execution of Venue Planning &Feasibility Studies as part of CBRE’s Sports division. The role will requiremanaging the execution of projects from start to finish, overseeing marketdemand analysis, building programme design and financial assessment. Theselected candidate should be comfortable collaborating with architects, projectmanagers and engineers to produce a full business plan for entertainment venues.The role will cover multiple geographies but be based full-time from our CBREMadrid office.
Requirements:
Ø Fluent Spanish and fluent English.
Ø Experience managing and coachingjunior team members
Ø High financial literacy,understanding financial statement analysis.
Ø High proficiency at excel,preferably with experience having built financial models.
Ø High proficiency at building PPTpresentations.
Ø High level of attention to detailand personal organization.
Ø Willingness to travel to clientmeetings on a semi-regular basis.
Ø Experience at a Sports VenueConsultancy or similar highly valued.
