Williarts Digital Media is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Lead to help design, manage, and scale our cloud infrastructure and deployment environments. This is an opportunity to lead infrastructure strategy, improve system reliability, and support the delivery of high-performance digital products.
Position Overview
As the Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing cloud architecture, automation, security, monitoring, and deployment processes. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Lead DevOps initiatives and infrastructure modernization efforts.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Ensure security, compliance, and system reliability.
- Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure costs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with software development teams to support application delivery.
- Mentor and guide infrastructure and DevOps team members.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Linux administration, networking, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience leading infrastructure or DevOps teams.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks.
