We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. This is a highly administrative role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage financial and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in similar roles and a high level of English, as this is a key requirement for the position.

Managing and processing invoices and Purchase Orders (POs)

Supporting management with basic financial analysis, including revenue tracking

Maintaining and updating client billing records and files
-
Monitoring Accounts Receivable and supporting collections management
-
Handling invoicing processes and ensuring accuracy in financial data
-
Coordinating closely with the reception team on administrative matters
-
Supporting broader administrative and operational tasks as required
-
Providing HR administrative support, including equality Plan initiatives, hiring processes for employees with disabilities, flexible compensation schemes and managing flexible compensation

Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Good understanding of financial administrative processes (invoicing, AR, billing tracking)

High level of English (essential requirement)

Proficiency in tools such as Workday is a plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced and urgent environment

Team player with strong communication skills
