Part time Property & Relocation Intern
Are you energetic, dynamic and looking to build a career in the Barcelona property market? We are looking for an independent, bilingual student to join our team as a Relocation Support & Property Assistant
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone insightful, easy to get along with, and ready to bring fresh ideas to a growing company.
The Details:
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Flexible).
- Location: Barcelona (work from home (office) & Field work).
- Basedon 3 month probationary period
- Start date: 1 June 2026
Your Mission:
- Listing Management: Scouting and calling apartment listings
- Coordination: Making appointments and leasing with various real estate agencies
- Field Work: Attending viewings and meeting with clients/tenants
- Administration: Screening tenant profiles and assisting with location support documentation
- Contributing: to in-house internal processes and canva packages
Who you are:
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (Essential for calling listings)
- Dynamic & Independent: You are a fast learner, you have a leadership mindset and enjoying working on your own initiative and in a team
- Knowledgeable: You have basic knowledge of the Barcelona property market
- A team player: You are positive, energetic and professional.
