Job Description
EFN Digital Zaragoza is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager (Gestor de Proyectos) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic business and technology projects. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that project objectives are achieved efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Facilitate team meetings, track deliverables, and resolve project-related issues.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Promote continuous process improvement and implement project management best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are considered an advantage.
