The Admissions Representative at Schiller International is responsible to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all New Students at Schiller across the four campuses, adaptation to university life in an international setting, and compliance with all entry requirements.

To check all CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) requests and the corresponding documents thoroughly to ensure that only genuine students who meet the requirements of student visa are issued with a CAS

To obtain regular updates on the progress of their student visa application, copies of all the student visas granted.

To provide the College with accurate up-to-date lists of all students issued with CAS’ on student route visa.

Working collaboratively with university administrative and academic leadership, Admissions department, students, academic support, faculty, and external stakeholder groups to support realization of the university objectives where academics and student experience are concerned.

Leading new student processes, including initiation of student file that support new student experience, wellbeing, and values at Schiller.

Ensuring smooth processes for handover of students from Admissions to Student Services.

Ensuring new students submit all required documentation and information to be in compliance with regulations.

Ensuring adequate onboarding events (orientation, welcome day, etc.) for new students to transition and integrate smoothly into university life

Coordinating with Campus Directors and local campus teams to provide adequate amenities for new students.

Coordinating with Campus Directors and local campus teams to refer new students to departments based on needs.

Providing new students with opportunities to be integrated into university life in a diverse and inclusive manner.

Providing new students who enroll months in advance to their start date with additional pre-start activities to keep them engaged in university life.

Participate in Institutional Assessment and Improvement plans.

Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Admissions

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

3 years’ experience in Higher Education.

Experience in mentorship or coaching a plus.

Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required
